Man fathers 5 children with his daughter while claiming she was his wife.

A woman gave birth to 5 of her father’s children. 

The man was arrested and charged with sex abuse after forcing himself onto his daughter and having children with her. 

The 53-year-old man of Argentina, was married to his wife and treated his daughter as though she was also his wife. 


The father is accused of repeatedly raping his daughter, who is now 31 years old. He reportedly held her captive at his Mendoza house since childhood. 

The man forced himself on her for over 12 years. When neighbors asked about the woman, he said that she was his wife.

He is also accused of terrorizing his entire family including his grown children in order to keep them silent. 

However, a son-in-law finally went to police when he began suspecting that something was going on between the father and daughter, according to Manuel Ontiveros of the Mendoza police sex crime unit.

This is not the first time that the man had a run in with the law. The father was arrested a while back when another daughter told police that she was being abused by her father.

Since it was not rape, he was handed a suspended sentence and did not serve jail time. That daughter left the home.

Now, authorities are investigating whether the mother of the girl, who left the family home six years ago, was complicit in the actions of her husband.
