Photos: Man baths ex-lover with acid in Kogi state

25 year old Aladi Sule was attacked with acid by her ex-lover, Kazeem Abdullahi, a few weeks ago in Kogi state. According to the story told by Vanguard, Ladi and the man who attacked her had been lovers since secondary school. When she fell pregnant, the couple decided to live together but unfortunately the child died.

Then when they began to have problems, the man married someone else, prompting Ladi to leave the house. Then the man came begging but her family demanded that he marry her properly first before she moves back in with her.

While they were making wedding preparations, the man rented a house for Ladi, who also managed to get some money to start a fruits shop. Eventually, the man decided he no longer wanted to marry Ladi and asked her to pack out from the home he rented for her. When Ladi refused, he threatened to deal with her and destroy the 'beauty' sh was using to pose around town. Aladi didn't take him serious. Then he showed how serious he was.

Governorship results: Okorocha wins in Imo, Ikpeazu wins in Abia

Incumbent Governor Rochas Okorocha of APC has been declared winner of the governorship election in Imo state after beating his main rival, Deputy Speaker Emeka Ihedioha of PDP. Okorocha polled 416,996 votes while Ihedioha got 320,705 in the re-run elections that held yesterday.


In Abia state, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu of PDP won by beating APGA candidate.

This man you see here, is a horrible, horrible man. You won't believe what he did to his woman. 18 year old Malawian woman, Linda Phulani is currently in a critical condition after her live-in-lover John Yasini beat her mercilessly over allegations of infidelity.

According to Malawi Nation, Linda moved in with John in January this year without her parents consent. After she moved in, John banned her from going to visit her friends and family and became abusive. On the day of the brutal beating which was Thursday April 16th, Linda had gone out without his permission to a neighboring village to see some friends. He suspected that she had gone to see a man and when she came back home...you will not believe what this man did to this woman. The photos are horrific. 

He beat her mercilessly with chains and rods, and dragged her through something hot, then left her for dead. He later had a change of heart and rushed her to a local hospital.

When interrogated, John said he had being hearing rumors of his wife cheating. He said her going out on the day of the incident without his consent proved to him that she was indeed cheating on him. Gunmen kill policeman in Benue

Some yet-to-be identified gunmen on Wednesday shot and killed an Assistant Superintendent of Police Mr. Baba Ibrahim. According to Punchng.com, Ibrahim was killed in the Kastina/Ala Local Government Area of Benue State, where he had gone on a special assignment on cattle rustling.

Man murdered while jogging in Lagos (Photo)

The Lagos state Police command is currently investigating the mystery surrounding the murder of an unidentified sportsman said to be jogging in the Morogbo area of Badagry in Lagos state on February 26th 2015. According to Punch, Police reports states that the man's corpse was dumped by a bush near Igborosun village after he was stabbed in the stomach and jaw by his murderer/s. 

The incident was brought to the notice of the police by a resident of the area, Pastor Stephen Hensu of the Celestial Church of Christ, Okiki Imole branch, Badagry.

Narrating how he saw the corpse, the 50 year old pastor said;

“On the day of the incident, February 26, 2015 around 9am, I left my church for a meeting of the shepherds at Araromi. While I was there, I received a phone call from my wife informing me that some people coming from Igborosun village saw a corpse in a bush in our area.” he said.He returned home and alerted the police of the development.

Vehicle Knocks Down Motorcycle At Ikorodu Road(Graphic Photo)

A motorcycle rider and his passenger were killed this morning by Anthony bus stop on Ikorodu road when a vehicle knocked them down on the highway. According to an eyewitness who shared the photos, the rider and the passenger died on the spot.
