A suspected gas explosion has hit, Arakale, an area in Akure. According
to eyewitnesses, the explosion started from a gas station and spread
rapidly towards residential buildings at the moment. Some people are
said to have lost their lives immediately the explosion occurred, while
residents are running out of their houses for fear of been caught in the
